A(MD)No. 459/2019 dated 16.03.2020.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AJU TAGORE.P., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2613 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8585 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.459 of 2019 dated 16.03.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that as directed by this Court by an order dated 16.03.2020, the petitioner has complied with the condition after lockdown and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has complying the condition from 07.09.2020 till 18.01.2021.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2613 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8585 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.459 of 2019 dated 16.03.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and he shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
