ORDER

Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.V.Sakthivel, learned Counsel for second respondent are before this Court.

2. At the hearing, learned Counsel for writ petitioner, on instructions, abridges and limits the prayer in the writ petition and submits that it will suffice if a simple direction to the second respondent to dispose of writ petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2012 on its own merits and in accordance with law is given.

3. Learned Counsel for second respondent submits that the second respondent will consider the aforesaid representation of writ petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of aforesaid narrative, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of writ petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2012 on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The order of the second respondent disposing of writ petitioner's representation shall be communicated to the writ petitioner by the second respondent under due acknowledgment within seven (7) working days from the date of disposal. Though the writ petitioner abridged and limited the prayer, all questions raised in the writ petition are left open.

4. Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
