It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere the civil dispute in O.S.No.80/2014 in I.A.No.244/2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court Periyakulam Theni District and direct the 1st respondent to instruction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent in this regard. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police has not interfered in the civil dispute.

4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no interference by the respondent police in the civil dispute. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
