To admit this appeal on file and call for records from the Lower Court namely Mahila Judge (Fast Track Court), Tuticorin in S.C No.233/2012 and to set aside the judgment dated 13.08.2019 passed by the above lower court and thereby acquit the above Accused from the charges.

CRL MP(MD) No.1525 of 2021 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would state that the Petitioner has been arrayed as A6 in the criminal case and he has been complying with the conditions regularly from 02.12.2019. It is also stated that similar condition imposed on A5 was relaxed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2209 of 2021, dated 16.3.2021. 4.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions since 02.12.2019. 5.In the light of the above submissions made on either side, we are inclined to relax the condition directing the Petitioner to appear before the Committal Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30a.m., until further orders. 6.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. sd/- 20/04/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
