ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which the school was directed to be closed on the ground that it has not been granted recognition by the second respondent herein.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been conferred with minority status by an order, dated 18.11.2010 by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions. Thereafter, Director of School Education has conferred recognition on the petitioner society on 14.07.2017. Since recognition has been granted on 14.07.2017 by the Director of School Education, nothing survives to be adjudicated as of now in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
