COMMON ORDER The present Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the show cause notice for removal of the shop.
2.Since the lease period has already expired, nothing survives in the Writ Petitions. Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
