ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, on 31.10.2025 and the same has taken cognizance in C.C.No.28 of 2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
