Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent dated 30.10.2012 made in Na.Ka.No.9416/2012/A10 quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to issue D & O Trade Licence for the petitioner's Hotel without insisting the tax dues as per the impugned order.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the respondent, under which the petitioner was directed to pay property tax for the purpose of issuance of D &O Trade Licence.

2. According the learned counsel for the respondent Municipality, property tax has already been paid by the writ petitioner. Hence, there is no impediment for granting D & O Trade Licence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
