This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.107 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in crime No.446 of 2013 has been closed on 08.11.2016 under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., as lapse of period.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
