This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 10.07.2024 in W.P(MD)No.15356 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that they have filed Writ Appeal on 27.3.2025 against the order of the learned single Judge, dated 10.07.2024, in W.P.(MD). No.15356 of 2024. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed an order of Interim Stay against the single judge order.

3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition at present. 2/4
