[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from removing the petitioner house and shop situated in S.No.73/1, Athiramapattinam Road No.67, Athiramapattinam Village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the encroachment made by the petitioner has already been removed, which is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
