Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to register a case on the strength of the complaint dated 20.12.2014 and subsequent complaint dated 03.06.2015 given by the petitioner against the accused persons namely Kogana Karthiga and her mother Gnanasundari, mentioned in the complaint.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the strength of the complaint dated 20.12.2014 and subsequent complaint dated 03.06.2015 given by the petitioner against the accused persons namely Kogana Karthiga and her mother Gnanasundari, mentioned in the complaint. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, two complaints have been given on 20.12.2014 and 30.06.2015 respectively.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is no complaint received by the respondents.

5.It appears that earlier both the petitioner and the proposed accused gave complaint each other. It also appears that the proposed accused has agreed to pay some amount to the petitioner, which said to have been borrowed from him. On his failure to repay it, subsequent complaint has been given.

third respondent on 15.07.2015 along with a complaint dated 30.06.2015. on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
