This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 307 of 2021 in a speedy manner within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the suit was filed in the year 2021, seeking the relief of specific performance, it is 1/3

pending even without framing issues.

3.Whether the petitioner is fitting into any special category or not is not mentioned in the petition. Perusal of the plaint does not indicate that any one of the parties is now a senior citizen. If the petitioner wants to any priority, he can make the request before the concerned Court. Depending upon the pendency of the matters, the request of the petitioner may be considered by the trial Court.

4.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
