ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2014 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that investigation is going on.

4. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
