ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 194(3) of BNSS, 2023 altered into Section 80 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.617 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that both the petitioners have not been arrayed as accused in the FIR and they have only been called for an enquiry for the purpose of conducting the investigation in this case.

4.
