This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in crime No.486 of 2014 on the file of the respondent against the petitioner.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged investigation. Further, perusal of the FIR would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner and it cannot be quashed at the threshold and the offence has to be investigated further. not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
