ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A6 in Crime No.363 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),336,324 and 506(ii) of IPC R/W. Section 3(1)(r) and(s), 3(2)(Va) SC and ST (POA) Amendment Ordinance, 2014 and hence, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioners have attacked the de facto complainant and others during the Aadi Pooram Festival. This is the case and counter case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no one has sustained injury and the case of the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no one has sustained injury, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 13/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
