ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to revise the pay of the petitioner from 01.09.1998 as per the order of the Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli, dated 27.06.2012 in CP.No. 76 of 1999.

2.As far as the award of the Labour Court is concerned, no writ petition is entertainable for implementation of the award, as per the amended provisions of the Industrial Dispute Act. Section 11-B of the Industrial Dispute Act, the award of the Labour Court is executable by following the procedures. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the Labour Court concerned for the execution of its award and by following the procedures contemplated.
