The parties to the lis on hand have already filed Writ Appeal against another order and the review filed against the writ appeal order was also rejected. Subsequently, the orders passed by the Division Bench both in Writ Appeal as well as in Review Application were confirmed by the Supreme Court. 2.In view of the fact that the order dated 11.01.2013, which is impugned in the present writ petition was implemented, pursuant to the orders passed by the Division Bench which was confirmed by the Supreme Court, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
