2. The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that her earlier online application was returned. The petitioner is permitted to re-submit her application through online mode along with the supporting documents. The respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order within a period of eight weeks thereafter from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
