2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 451 and 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No.331 of 2017 and section 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No.56 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police respectively, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner stands as accused in both these cases registered for the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C. The question of granting of anticipatory in these cases does not arise. Hence, these criminal original petitions dismissed.
