The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent hearin under which the petitioner was black listed as a Contractor.

2.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner himself has passed away.

3.In view of the above said fact, no further orders are required. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
