ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to call for records in C.C.No.111 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the very same accused has filed Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.11530 and 11531 of 2015 for the very same relief and this Court was pleased to disposed the petitions with a direction to dispose of the pending cases within a period of nine months and the personal appearance of the petitioner also dispensed with before the Court below.

4. As the allegations are similar in nature, the very same order is passed directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul to dispose of the case in C.C.No.111 of 2013 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the personal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court.
