Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ANANTHAPADAMANABHAN.N, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIAES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9968 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14352 of 2021 on 22.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.601 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels and considering the pandemic situation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9968 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.14352 of 2021 on 22.11.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
