Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.603 of 2018, dated 22.01.2018.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Initially, at the time of granting anticipatory bail, i.e., on 22.01.2018, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. But, as per the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the petitioners are complying with the conditions from 29.01.2018 onwards, i.e., nearly for a period of 18 days only and filed the present petition on 09.02.2018, which is too early.
