This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to call for records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.233 of 2014 registered by the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the matter has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.
