RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No. 268 of 2018 vide its order dated 12.01.2018 to the effect that the petitioner can appear before the office of the respondent police newly being setup at Trichy once in a day i.e., at 10.30 a.m. instead of appearing before the respondent police daily twice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.CHELLAPANDIAN, Additional Advocate General Assisted by M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.
Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, to modify the condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.268 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018, to appear before the Inspector of Police, IDOL Wing CID, Trichy, once in a day, instead of appearing before the respondent police, daily twice, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation of this case is now proceeded with the Police Station, IDOL Wing CID, at Trichy. Hence, he prays for modification of the earlier condition.
3. I have heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, who has also conceded the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for either side are considered. This Court, in Crl.O.P.No.268 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018, directed the petitioner to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. As per the said order, the petitioner herein is complying the condition without any deviation. Now, this application is filed to modify the above said condition as to sign before the Inspector of Police, IDOL Wing, CID, Trichy, in which the investigation of this case have been proceeded. Hence, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, IDOL Wing, CID, Trichy, daily at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.
