RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2243/2019 dated 13/02/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R. AMARNATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2243 of 2019 on 13.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2243 of 2019 on 13.02.2019 regularly and since the petitioner being a college student going to prepare for semester examinations, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
