ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to initiate appropriate action against one Duraipandi.
2.The contention of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint in this regard with the second respondent and that till date no action has been taken by the police.
3.Mr.Saravanakumar learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered as Current Petition Number D3/1914/73/2020 and the same is posted for enquiry. 4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
