O R D E R

Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1018/2014 from the file of the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. Alleging that the petitioner's mother has been murdered, she gave a complaint. Though the complaint specifically named a person, the case has been registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Only.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that thereafter it was closed based upon the discrete enquiry.

5. This court is unable to appreciate any discreet enquiry especially when a complaint has been given against a specific person. Therefore, this court is convinced that it is a fit case to transfer. Accordingly, this court directs the second respondent to transfer the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation from the first respondent to any other investigating officer under his control.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
