ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 1/3

148, 324, 394(b) of I.P.C. and 3(1)(s)SC/ST Act, in Crime No.255 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.Final report has been filed in this case. The petitioner is not figuring in the First Information Report. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the next hearing date is on 10.02.2020.

5.The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Session Judge (Special Court Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) 1989) Sivagangai on that date.

6.Recording the petitioner's undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court on 10.02.2020, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) 1989) Sivagangai, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below on 10.02.2020. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.

7.The petitioner shall appear before the Special Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
