Heard, Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent/Municipality.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that certain boards have been unauthorisedly put up in the municipality road.

3. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Standing counsel states that no permission had been given by the Municipality for putting up the offending boards and that action will be taken as per law for their removal.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
