2. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 30.06.2014 and had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. Before the Mediation Centre, the parties appeared to have entered into a settlement and a report dated 18.12.2014 has been received from the Mediation Centre signed by both the parties that they are settling all the issues.
3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions from the police, submits that the police have also completed the investigation and had closed the case as 'action dropped'.
