ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of this Court dated 10.09.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.20364 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the authorities to release the terminal benefits based upon this order of this Court, dated 30.04.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.10896 of 2024. 2.According to the learned Additional Advocate General, the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.10896 of 2024 was challenged in W.A. (MD)No.648 of 2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench has granted interim stay with a direction to the authorities to release the provisional pension. 3.In such circumstances, the Contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt, depending upon the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench.
