ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by Vasantha and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that based on the complaint given by one Vasantha, petition enquiry stands conducted and as such, the petitioner is not required in connection with any case, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed.
