To set aside the Judgment and decree made in C.M.A No.1 of 2015 dated 21.07.2015 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur confirming the order and decreetal order made in I.A.No.477 of 2013 in O.S.No.208 of 2013 dated 09.08.2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioners MR.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition

that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of one week from today, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
