ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection for reconstructing and strengthening the compound wall situated on the southern side of the Kattubava Jumma Pallivasal, Kalanneerkulam, Alankulam Taluk. 2.The petitioner's counsel points out that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.17 of 2001 before the Principal District and Munsif Court, Thenkasi and the same was decreed on 30.06.2003. He would further contend that with a delay of almost 10 years, an appeal was filed but the same was dismissed at the condone delay stage itself.

3.When the petitioner is having a decree in his favour, it is always open to the petitioner to execute the same. The petitioner can very well approach the executing Court for relief. The question of passing a direction in the writ proceedings does not arise. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner to work out his remedies before the Executing Court concerned, the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
