RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9881 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6790 of 2017, dated 02.11.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9881 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6790 of 2017, dated 02.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.12.2017 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.59 of 2017 before the learned Mahila Court, Theni.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.12.2017, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 02.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9881 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6790 of 2017, is modified to the extend that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the concerned Court on first working day of every month until further orders.
