ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance for Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2021 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13.12.2021, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 21.02.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in manner known to law. No costs.
