Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had complied the conditions from 05.02.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ without any deviation. He further submitted that the investigation is not completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 05.02.2018, this Court came to the conclusion that this application is filed too earlier. So, the relief sought for in this petition is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
