R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The petitioner seeks production of the person of his daughter Nanthini, aged about 19 years.

2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, would submit that the detenue has been secured at Thirupathi, where, she is working in Tea shop.

In view of the fact that the detenue has been secured and she is major, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with a direction to the police to produce her before the jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate further proceedings.
