NO.4 of 2018 dated 11/12/2019.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. Mayilvahana Rajendran, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

The present petition is filed for grant of extension of time to comply with the orders passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7386 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3967 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020. 2.This Court in the above said Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7386 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3967 of 2020, has directed the present petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,06,000/- to the respondent, on or before 06.01.2021, by way of demand draft.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not comply with the directions given by this Court and hence, seeks further time to deposit the said amount. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7386 of 2020 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.3967 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020, on or before 02.02.2021, failing which the order passed by this Court, would stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court. 5.With these directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
