This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.No.2400 of 2015 in M.C.No.47 of 2009 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.No.2400 of 2015 in M.C.No.47 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
