ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the second respondent and to direct the second respondent to select the petitioner for the post of Computer Instructor Grade -I (Post Graduate Cadre) by verifying the certificate of the petitioner.

2.The candidature of the petitioner was rejected through the impugned rejection list after the first level of certificate verification. Pending the writ petition, the respondents were directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the certificate verification through an order dated 09.01.2020 on the ground of absence of reasoned order.

3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.01.2020, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the certificate verification held on 10.01.2020.

4.In view of the above, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition, challenging the rejection of the petitioner's candidature for participation in the certificate verification and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
