O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 09.10.2025 made in W.P.(MD).No.26104 of 2025.

2.Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court on 06.02.2026, the respondents appeared before this Court in person and reported compliance with the order passed by this Court by producing a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.8,94,806/- in favour of the petitioner, vide cheque No.337678 dated 16.06.2026 drawn on State Bank of India. In light of the same, the matter was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to verify the said compliance. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the cheque and submitted that the petitioner has already been provided with alternate employment, which is 2/5

not in dispute.

4.In the said circumstances, this Court is satisfied that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD).No.26104 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the amount paid, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 5.Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. 17.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sbn 3/5
