ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.103 of 2015 before the concerned Court within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation is going on.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
