This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.394 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1959 of 2022 also filed final report before the PCR Court, Tirunelveli and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
