The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents and would contend that the representation, dated 06.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner is posted for enquiry.

3.In the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.01.2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
