ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, in which a sum of Rs.1,01,577/- was demanded as additional stamp duty for registration of rectification deed. On perusal of the rectification deed, the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner finds that there are some errors in the rectification deed and they would approach the registration authorities with a fresh document. The said statement is recorded. No further orders are required in the present writ petition. In case, if a fresh document is sought to be registered, the stamp duty shall be calculated, keeping in mind, the date of presentation of the rectification deed.

2. With the above said observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
