ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to file a final report in Crime No.694 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation is going on.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
